Advisory warning for students planning to study medicine in China

The Indian government has issued an advisory for students aspiring to study medicine in China, alerting them about the drawbacks of being admitted there. 

The advisory highlights the poor pass percentage, mandatory learning of official spoken language and strict rules of passing a qualifying exam to practice in India.

In addition, the Embassy of India in China has shared a list of 45 universities in China that are authorised to admit international students for the clinical medicine undergraduate degree in English. Also, it is suggested not to seek admission other than these 45 universities to avoid further issues in practice.
