The value of the diploma courses has grown over the years. This has been proved during the Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (AP POLYCET 2022). Around 1.25 lakh students took the state-level exam. Admission to diploma courses in several branches of Engineering discipline was offered at government, unaided, private polytechnic colleges as per the merit.
These selected students will have the flexibility to do the full-time B.Tech degree after completing the diploma.
