Quad Fellowship for STEM graduates launched at Leaders Summit, Tokyo

The leaders of Quadrilateral Security Dialogue or Quad recently launched a new fellowship programme for STEM graduates students of Australia, India, Japan, and the US. This scholarship programme aims to bring together the top minds of the Quad members in science and technology. This fellowship will sponsor 100 students to study in the US for graduate degrees in science, tech, engineering and math (STEM). 

At the launch of this event, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said, “This fellowship will become a bridge that connects our four nations, and it will empower us to lead and to grow so that we can resolve many of the challenges of the Indo-Pacific region and around the world,”

The fellowship will build a network of science and technology experts and bring them together to advance innovation in the private, public, and academic sectors, in their nations and among Quad countries.

Applications for this fellowship programme will be accepted till June 30, 2022
