Professors and students from the IITs are helping government schools’ students from less privileged backgrounds access Computer Science literacy and facilitating the development of soft skills in leadership, communication and critical thinking.
IIT Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation is partnering with Asha For Education and IIT-Gandhinagar has joined with Dakshana, a not-for-profit organisation.
Both IITs aim to help rural students develop leadership, communication and critical thinking skills.
